Citeful provides AI Search Optimization audit services, including:

Free tier: Basic search visibility score and quick wins
Full Audit: Comprehensive audit with detailed recommendations and PDF report

Services are delivered via email after analysis is complete.

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate information, including email address and website URL
Only submit websites you own or have authorization to audit
Not use our services for any unlawful purpose
Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit our systems
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment Terms

For Full Audit services:

Payment is required upfront via Stripe
Prices are stated in GBP and are subject to change
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy
You are responsible for any applicable taxes

5. Delivery of Services

We aim to deliver audit results within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary based on website complexity and system load.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, analysis, and reports generated by Citeful remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the audit results for your own business purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Specific outcomes or improvements to your website
Accuracy of all recommendations (always verify with your development team)
Uninterrupted or error-free service
That our analysis will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Citeful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

9. Confidentiality

We will treat your website data and audit results as confidential and will not share them with third parties except as necessary to provide our services or as required by law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access to users who violate these Terms or engage in abusive behavior.
